That's why we're thrilled to share that our upcoming event is going CASHLESS! By introducing cashless technology, we aim to significantly REDUCE WAIT TIMES, ensuring you spend more time enjoying the music and less time in line. It's all about delivering the BEST EXPERIENCE for our guests.
WHAT DOES CASHLESS MEAN?
Cashless technology eliminates the need for cash or card transactions. Instead, all transactions are electronic, using a securely encrypted RFID card, aka the "Cashless Card." This means quicker validation and a fraction of the usual transaction time.
GETTING YOUR CASHLESS CARD
Worried about costs? Don't be. Your "Cashless Card" is FREE and can be obtained and activated at any of our "RECHARGE STATIONS" conveniently located throughout the event. Check the map for station locations.
While we're embracing cashless transactions, we accept ALL payment methods, including cash. Reload your "Cashless Card" at any Recharge Station using cash, credit, debit, contactless, or mobile wallets. Then, feel free to make purchases at any bar.

HOW TO RELOAD YOUR CASHLESS CARD
VISIT A RECHARGE STATION
Visit one of our Recharge Stations located throughout the event and our staff will assist you in reloading your Cashless Card. (Refer to "Payment Methods" for more details)
RELOAD VIA PHONE (NO APP REQUIRED)
Simply tap your Cashless Card to your phone’s NFC reader, open the pop-up link, and:
Reload your Cashless Card by entering your credit card information.
Check your remaining balance.
View your transaction history. (Android users may need to enable NFC Reader in permissions before scanning their card.)
HOW DO I CHECK MY REMAINING BALANCE?
Tap your Cashless Card to your phone’s NFC reader.
Visit a Recharge Station for a balance check by our staff.
At the point of purchase, our bartenders can also check your remaining balance.
WHAT IF I HAVE FUNDS LEFT
AFTER THE EVENT?
Even though we recommend using your entire balance, if you still have funds remaining at the end of the event, no worries! We've got you covered with a reimbursement process.
For refunds, please follow these instructions:
Send your Cashless Card by mail to: MUSIKONE, 1760 CALLE LOIZA STE 302, SAN JUAN, PR, 00911
Inside your envelope, include your CASHLESS CARD, along with a note containing your NAME, E-MAIL, and PHONE NUMBER.
If you recharged via ATH MOVIL or CASH only (without a credit card), please provide the ATH Movil phone number where you'd like the refund to be sent.
If you recharged using a credit card, refunds will be credited to the last card used during the event.
Once you've sent your Cashless Card, please send confirmation to ADMIN@MUSIKONE.NET.
We will process refund requests received by mail until FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2023 (7 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT). Please ensure your Cashless Card reaches us before this date.
